Another Open Letter to the Management of Little Star Pizza on Valencia
Dear Management (and I use that term loosely),
How do you run out of thin crusts for your pizzas? How? How? How???
And not just once but twice in the last several times I've tried to visit your august establishment!!!???
Is your inventory management really that bad??? Have you not figured out how to estimate correctly how many you'll need on a given night and act accordingly???
No, I'm not going to settle for a deep dish. I don't like them and they cost more.
And no, no, a thousand times no, I'm not going to schlep to your Divisadero location for my pie. I'm going to find someplace else in the Mission that knows how to meet demand!!!
